ICCIA`s Elections for the period (2021- 2025)

          ICCIA is honored to announce convening the 32nd meeting of the Board of Directors of ICCIA, on Friday & Saturday, December 17- 18, 2021, at Makkah Chamber`s Headquarters- Kingdom of Saudi Arabia on a hybrid format. His Excellency Mr. Abdullah Saleh Kamel, President of ICCIA, chaired this meeting, the members of ICCIA`s also attended the meeting.

          This meeting aimed to elect ICCIA`s vice presidents, members of the Financial Committee, and members of the Executive Committee for the period (2021- 2025). ICCIA`s vice presidents who got elected by acclamation are: His Excellency Sheikh Khalifa bin Jassim, President of Qatar Chamber of Commerce & Industry, His Excellency Mr. Mustafa Rifat, President of Union of Chambers & Commodity Exchanges of Turkey (TOBB), and His Excellency Eng. Ibrahim Al Arabi, President of Federation of Egyptian Chambers of Commerce.

       The members of the Financial Committee are the Federations of Chambers of Commerce in the following countries: Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan, United Arab Emirates, Islamic Republic of Iran, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, Islamic Republic of Pakistan, Republic of Turkey, the Sultanate of Oman, State of Kuwait, and Arab Republic of Egypt. And the member of the Executive Committee are the President of ICCIA plus the Federations of Chambers of Commerce in the following countries: Republic of Azerbaijan, Islamic Republic of Pakistan, Republic of Chad, Republic of Turkey, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, State of Qatar, and Arab Republic of Egypt.

 

          As part of ICCIA`s efforts to support economic cooperation among its member countries, the 32nd meeting of the Board of Director of ICCIA witnessed several side events, such as: Investment Opportunities Exhibition, a Workshop on Halal around the World, Productive Families Exhibitions. On the sidelines of the meeting, Products Exhibition has been held to present products, services & promising opportunities in the region, and there were pavilions of each of: Ministry of Investment to receive & attract investments to KSA, Bisha Chamber, Jazan Chamber, Taif Chamber of Commerce, and Qassim Chamber of Commerce.
