The 8th Turkmen-Russian online business forum “New Challenges and Opportunities for Expanding Cooperation” has been held cooperatively between Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Russia and Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Turkmenistan, via zoom, on Oct. 20, 2021, for developing cooperation between the two countries in areas of industry, transportation, agriculture, logistic services, tourism, and information technology techniques.

           The forum was attended by the heads of Chambers of Commerce and Industry of Russia and Turkmenistan, heads of regional offices of the Chambers of Commerce and Industry, representatives of private companies from Turkmenistan and Russia. They discussed opportunities & challenges of increasing export & investment between the two countries, means & ways to expand cooperation between the two countries in the field of industry and agro- processing industry as well, they also explored prospects of strengthening cooperation between them in areas of transport, logistics, tourism, and digital technologies.
