In partnership with Jordan Chamber of Commerce, Islamic Chamber of Commerce, Industry & Agriculture will hold the 17th Private Sector Forum of OIC Countries in Amman, Jordan, on Sunday and Monday, 27-28 October 2019. The forum aims to establish an international event that includes investors and business leaders in the field of information technology such as internet of things, Artificial Intelligence, Block Chains, and Fintech. Mr. Nael Al Kabariti, the Chairman of Jordan Chamber of Commerce and one of the members of ICCIA board of directors announced his pleasure to host this forum in the Capital of Jordan, as this will reflect the great potential of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan in the field of the Communications and Information Industry. He also stressed on the fact that the partnership with ICCIA will reflect the potential to develop joint activities and projects between the two parties to build a permanent strategic partnership.
In the meantime, Mr. Youssef Hassan Khalawi, ICCIA Secretary General assured the great vision behind this forum for ICCIA which is focusing on specialized investment forums to be held in a wide range of economic capitals across OIC countries, and making them periodic events so that in the long term, they become one of the best forums. He also invited all the investors and business leaders to benefit from this platform that will be developed every year to present an integrated investment model.

The Islamic Chamber of Commerce, Industry and Agriculture is an international organization affiliated to the Organization of Islamic Cooperation (OIC). The Islamic Chamber of Commerce, Industry & Agriculture (ICCIA) was established upon the resolution of the 7th Islamic Conference of Foreign Ministers held in May 1976 in Istanbul-Turkey, which was approved by the First Conference of the Chambers of Commerce and Industry held in October 1977 in Istanbul. Its constitution was adopted by the Second Conference of Chambers of Commerce and Industry held in December 1978 in Karachi -Its Headquarters is located in Karachi, the economic capital of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan.
