Paving the path towards a prosperous economic future, ICCIA Secretary General, H.E. Mr. Yousef Khalawi participated today in a thought-provoking panel discussion on “Transnational Chambers Between Macro and Micro: Different Ways of Adapting to the Same Needs” at the 13th World Chambers Congress.
During the session, H.E. Mr. Yousef Khalawi unveiled ICCIA Sustainable Chamber Model, which focuses on 5 main pillars, namely: Digital Transformation, Headquarters, Membership Services, Governance and Functional Structure. Furthermore, he emphasized the dire need to foster digitalization across the chambers of commerce in order to make the services more friendly and focused, and meet the needs of all their members.
